I created this card trying to follow color combo #59 from Monday AND today's challenge...swirlies. It came out a little plain trying to use just 3 colors when I didn't have coordinating embellishments. But, I tried something new. My head aches thinking about how hard it would be to create monochromatically!!! Cart used was Home Accents, cardstock, pen, dazzling diamonds, and long punch are all Stampin Up. Corner punch is EZ scuccess?

Cricut Daily Challenge - 08-09-10
Today's challenge was a color combo:
I created a 2 page layout of my son. Cart used was Freshly Picked and Create a Critter, Plantin Schooldbook & Nursery Rhymes for the phrase. I sewed the edges of the frames and pages with two different stiches and colors of thread. The buttons on the overalls are brads. The "cloth" of the overalls are Bashful Blue SU DSP. And lastly, the larger buttons are created using the Martha Stewart button punch.

Cricut Daily Challenge - 08-01-10
Hi Everyone! Today's Cricut Challenge was Product - Bling...glitter. I created this card using shimmery black, silver & gold cardstock, silver glitter (it's still all over me) and Cricut carts Nursery Rhymes and Plantin Schoolbook. I removed the cow from the moon and welded the sentiment for inside the card to match the pre-made phrase "over the moon". I used the font from Nursery Rhymes to do this. The cityscape is a border from Plantin Schoolbook. I cut this out twice so I could pop up some of the buildings. I hope you like!
